Scope of work:
– Support daily business operations (order processing, delivery coordination, purchasing, and inventory management).
– Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to meet timelines and resolve operational issues.
– Support invoicing processes and maintain proper documentation.
– Compliance is part of the function, including assisting with GDPMD and HSA audits.
– Ensure records and SOPs are up to date and audit-ready.
– Stepping in uring staff absence or peak periods to maintain continuity.
Requirements:
– Registered Pharmacist with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience OR 2-3 years of retail experience
– Strong coordination skills
– Attention to detail
– Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
– Ability to step in during staff absence or peak periods
