• About the Event

  A career in Market Access focuses on ensuring that patients can obtain timely and affordable access to healthcare innovations, such as medicines, vaccines, and medical technologies. Professionals in this field work at the intersection of clinical evidence, health economics, policy, and stakeholder engagement. They develop pricing and reimbursement strategies, prepare value dossiers, analyse cost-effectiveness, and collaborate with regulators, payers, clinicians, and patient groups.

  Market access is a alternative career pathway for pharmacists as we are well versed with scientific knowledge and are able to combine it with  strategic thinking, data analysis, and communication. It offers meaningful work that directly impacts healthcare affordability, patient outcomes, and the sustainability of healthcare systems.
